Signs Along the Trail

The Heart of Ohio Trail Board set general guidelines for signs along the trail. Signs should be approved by the Heart of Ohio Trail Board. They should be of acceptable appearance and tastefully presented and located. Safety will be a consideration. All signs and banners should be easily removed. The Heart of Ohio Trail Board reserves the right to remove sings if needed. Approved: July 17, 2014


Round Trip Routes South from Centerburg

Visit the Trail Towns

Centerburg

Centerburg sits at the geographic center of Ohio. Exit the trail at Clayton Street and head to the center of the village. Centerburg is home to several small shops and a variety of places to grab a bite to eat. 

Mount Vernon

Mount Vernon is at the northernmost point of the trail. Head a few blocks north on Main Street to explore one of Ohio's best hometowns. The downtown offers a nice collection of shops, restaurants, and historical buildings.
